Most Frequently Asked Questions
Which EISENHORN is right for you depends entirely on your needs and spatial circumstances.
The EISENHORN DS is our ultimate power machine. With the DS power station, you can increase your direct max training weight up to 224 kg (2x optional piston 26 necessary). Even our strongest customers reach their limits with it. Additionally, with the EISENHORN DS, you have the possibility of asynchronous movement guidance (left/right) and different weight settings (left/right). The column length of the EISENHORN DS is 165 cm, the same length as the EISENHORN S.
Are you unsure which variant is right for you? No problem, we are happy to advise you in detail and find the optimal variant for you together. Simply contact us via phone or contact form.
One of the greatest advantages of your strength station EISENHORN S or DS is the safety it offers when training with heavy weights. Performance athletes especially appreciate the system because they can train to muscle failure without a training partner. The weight is easily and safely set down on the last repetition. Exercises like shoulder press, bench press or squats are not only effective but also absolutely safe. This independence allows you to mentally focus entirely on the training and get the most out of every exercise. Learn more about the functionality and the training using an increasing strength curve at your EISENHORN fitness station.
Upgrading from the EISENHORN S to the EISENHORN DS is possible without any issues. If you plan to mount two EISENHORN S units side by side, we recommend a distance of 60 cm between them and the use of the DS mounting kit.
With the piston 26, you can increase the maximum resistance from 112 kg to 2 × 112 kg (a total of 224 kg). The dual station also allows asynchronous movements on the left and right sides, making it ideal for athletic training and specific rehabilitation exercises after injuries. In addition, the dual station can be expanded with two cable pulls to create a dual cable tower, adding even more variety to your workouts.
However, we recommend deciding between the EISENHORN S and the EISENHORN DS before purchasing. Compared to buying two individual strenght stations, the EISENHORN DS is the more cost-effective solution.
With the EISENHORN, you can replace several home gym devices in a small space. It integrates a leg press, a barbell rack, a weight bench, a suspension trainer, a dumbbell set, a lat pulldown– and a rowing machine, a pull-up bar and a cable machine. Buying all of these devices individually would be more expensive and space-consuming. With the EISENHORN S or EISENHORN DS you save space and invest in an extremely high-quality and aesthetic strength station. The combination of the MIKE5 training plan and an EISENHORN fitness station enables you to achieve unparalleled efficient strength training.
Yes, you can upgrade your EISENHORN S or EISENHORN DS strength station to a cable pulley. The optional cable pulley adds numerous exercises to the training options available on the EISENHORN fitness station. In our exercise section, simply select the Cable Pulley filter to see all available workouts right away.
Take advantage of our attractive bundle deals on the EISENHORN S or EISENHORN DS now and get your cable machine with a 30% discount. This means nothing stands in the way of an even more varied workout featuring long-range, precise movements.
Yes, pull-ups can be done on the EISENHORN fitness station S or DS! To do this, you need to set up the multi-gym using the blocker (max. 100 kg body weight), which locks the machine in place for such exercises. You can then train safely until you reach muscle fatigue. You can find detailed instructions in our exercise database, for example under the ‘Chin-up to the chest’ exercise.
