Deadlifts

Deadlifts (also called deadlifts) not only train the lower back muscles, but almost the entire posterior muscle chain – from the calf muscles through the hamstrings to the trapezius muscle. At the same time, the abdominal muscles and core muscles must work hard to stabilize the spine. Deadlifts are thus a prime example of functional strength training. This is one of the reasons why it belongs to the so-called Big 5, which form the basis of the MIKE5 training concept.

At the EISENHORN strength station S, deadlifts can be performed in many ways. Whether classic deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, sumo deadlifts with grip bar, progressive deadlifts with the grip band or also single-leg deadlifts - all variants are possible. The EISENHORN DS also offers the possibility to perform deadlifts with grip at the horn and Romanian deadlifts with grip at the horn.
