Adductors
The adductors are a muscle group located on the inner thigh. Their name is derived from the Latin "adducere" – "to lead towards" – and that is precisely their main function: They lead the leg towards the midline of the body. In addition, the adductors play an important role in stabilizing the pelvis and hips, especially during movements on one leg or exercises while standing. During training on the EISENHORN strength station - for example with cable adduction or adduction with grip band - they not only support targeted leg movements but also contribute significantly to balance and a powerful, secure body posture as well.
