Training plateau

Training plateau refers to the condition in which no more progress is noticeable despite regular training. This can affect both muscle building and strength gains as well as endurance. Causes are often lack of progression, too little recovery, one-sided exercises, or an unchanged training routine for too long. Methods such as periodization, variation of the intensity and variation in the compound exercises or isolation exercises help to break through a plateau.

The combination of the MIKE5 training concept and the EISENHORN strength station offers the perfect setup to avoid stagnation and a training plateau.
