Sentence
A sentence is a series of consecutive repetitions without pause. Example: Three sets of ten repetitions – the so-called 3x10-rule – are a classic for muscle building. At the EISENHORN strength station, sets can be varied by targeted pause lengths to control the training stimulus. The breaks between the sets are just as important as the exercise itself, as they determine whether the focus is more on strength, endurance, or technique.
Our MIKE5 training concept sets new training stimuli again and again through the regular variation of exercises, number of sets, load and pause lengths. This avoids so-called training plateaus and consequently stagnation.
